E-mail Forwarding
Email Forwarding - discover when it is useful and how to enable it from your website hosting account.
The term email forwarding refers to an e-mail being forwarded from a receiving address towards a third-party address which isn't mentioned as a receiver. For example, a customer sends an email from their private mail box to support@domain.com and as far as they are concerned, this is the only receiver. If there's an active forwarding, the email can be forwarded to owner@domain.com, for example, even though the customer in no way intended the message to be sent there and might not be aware about the existence of this mail box. There are several purposes for working with such forwarding. For example, if you have a number of emails you are able to forward them all to a sole email address, which will make monitoring emails easier and will permit you to receive emails and respond to them promptly. The feature can also be used in case a number of individuals should get a copy of an electronic message sent to a general mailbox.

E-mail Forwarding in Shared Web Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which is provided with all of our
shared web hosting packages, will help you forward any email address inside the account to an alternative one without any difficulty. This can be done either throughout the creation of a brand new email address or any time later on if you choose that you need this feature. During the process, you'll be able to decide if you need a backup of the e-mails to be kept on the server. In this way, you will have a backup and you'll avoid the probability to lose a message if the forwarding is to an external address, that is momentarily unavailable. This option can be activated and disabled whenever you want, and if you use e-mails for important matters, it is far better to use it, because no data of the emails will be kept on the server when the option is not enabled. In case you decide that you do not need forwarding anymore, it will take simply a click to deactivate it.
